Nominal mouth diameters. “By tooling” means the lid is made for that mouth on dedicated tooling rather than from a standing size. Send your vessel drawing or a sample vessel and we confirm fit on a physical sample before any tooling is cut.

Yes. Because the Firozabad furnaces are ours, we develop custom tints, frosts, embossing and mold shapes to your brief, sample them for approval, then hold that exact spec across every reorder.

We do — metal and wood lids, tins, closures and gift-ready boxes and sleeves, drawn from our own metalware and woodwork units, so vessel and packaging ship together on one accountable order.

Our network produces around 50,000 tableware units in a typical 30-day cycle, so we can support both capsule launches and high-volume programs, and flex to your forecast without changing partners.

Landed duty paid. The quoted price covers manufacturing, freight, duties and import to your US fill site — handled in-house by Gemixx USA LLC, with no agents or brokers adding cost.
