Who We Serve · OEM & Components · Lighting Manufacturers & Lamp Parts Distributors

Spun, cast and stamped lamp components — to your drawing.

Brass, aluminium and steel lamp bases, bodies, arms, canopies, backplates, finials and shade rings, made to your print in our own Moradabad metalworks, finished from a named finish library and bought by the carton.

Who This Is For

Lamp parts distributors and lighting assemblers.

Two buyer types, one component list. Both send a drawing or a sample and buy repeat cartons against a locked finish standard.

Lamp Parts Catalog Distributors

Distributors carrying a stocked parts catalog — bases, ferrules, finials, harps, shade rings and canopies — who need consistent repeat cartons of the same part, finish-matched across years of reorders.

Table & Floor Lamp Assemblers

Assemblers building table and floor lamps who buy bodies, stems, weighted bases and hardware to their own drawings and fit their own electrical components on the line.

Pendant & Sconce Assemblers

Pendant, chandelier and sconce makers sourcing canopies, backplates, arms, suspension hardware and hand-blown glass shades as a matched set on one order.

How Buyers Work With Us

Drawing or sample in, carton out.

This is component supply, not catalog picking. You specify the part; we tool for it, prove a first article and then hold that spec — dimension, thread, weight and finish — across every carton that follows.

  • Drawing, CAD file or physical sample in — we tool from your spec
  • First article approved before any production run opens
  • MOQ set in full cartons per part and finish, confirmed at quote
  • Named finish standards held lot to lot across reorders
  • Landed duty paid to your US assembly line or distribution center

What We Supply

Lamp component families we build.

Component families, not finished products. We build the parts that go inside your product, under your brand — we do not sell a competing finished line into your market.

Bases, Bodies & Weights

Spun and cast brass, aluminium and steel bodies, weighted and drilled to your drawing.

Arms, Stems & Swing Joints

Turned tubing, arms and adjustable joints machined to match the body and thread standard.

Canopies & Backplates

Stamped and spun ceiling canopies, wall backplates and mounting plates in matched finishes.

Finials

Cast and turned finials — classic, figural or bespoke to your collection.

Shade Rings, Harps & Fitters

Rings, harps, spiders and fitters sized to your shade and socket standard.

Drawing to Sample

From your drawing to an approved first article.

01

Drawing or sample in

Send a CAD file, a dimensioned drawing or a physical sample part. A named engineer replies within one business day with anything still needed to quote — tolerances, thread spec, finish reference.

02

Quote and tooling plan

Within 48 hours you get a component price, the tooling required, tooling ownership terms and the carton MOQ per part and finish. Tooling and sampling are quoted separately from unit price.

03

Tooling and first article

We cut the mold, die or fixture, then produce a first article in your specified material and finish. Sample lead time is confirmed per part at quote, since it follows the tooling.

04

You approve, we lock the spec

Nothing goes to production until you sign off dimensions, weight, fit and finish. The approved article becomes the reference every later lot is inspected against at our Noida QC floor.

05

Production and repeat lots

60–90 days after sample approval for a first production run, with repeat lots planned against your forecast and held to the same locked standard.

06

QC, consolidation and LDP delivery

Inspected and packed in Noida, consolidated into one consignment, and delivered landed duty paid to your US plant or DC by Gemixx USA LLC — no brokers in between.

Good to Know

Lighting component questions, answered.

No. We make the decorative and structural metal, glass and wood components. Sockets, cords, switches and drivers are fitted by your assembly line or your own certified supplier — we machine our parts to accept the hardware you specify, to your thread and aperture standard.
MOQ is set in full export cartons per part and per finish, rather than as a loose unit count, so a carton is the smallest repeatable production and packing unit. The exact carton quantity depends on part size, weight and packing method, and is confirmed on your quote.
Yes. Send a finish reference or sample piece; our Moradabad finishing team develops the match, we lock it as a named standard on your account, and every later carton of every part in the family is finished to that same standard.
We can. Aluminium gravity castings and spun aluminium bodies, and stamped, deep-drawn and turned steel and stainless parts, all run alongside brass in the same Moradabad units — so a mixed-metal fixture stays on one order.
A named engineer replies within one business day and a component price follows within 48 hours. Tooling and sampling are quoted separately and their lead time is confirmed per part; first production runs 60–90 days after you approve the first article.
