Production lead time is generally 40–90 days after sample approval, depending on the product category and complexity. Beaded décor and cheese/bar tools run 40–60 days, while ceramics, resin, and metal serveware typically require 60–90 days for full production runs.

Yes. Gemixx's in-house design and prototyping teams develop custom serveware from a sketch, 3D render, mood board, or reference sample, matching colors to approved swatches and refining forms through physical sample approval before committing to a full production run.

Gemixx operates a vertically integrated supply chain, shipping finished goods to a US warehouse or delivering landed duty paid (LDP) directly to your facility, depending on the program. Specific shipping methods and timelines are confirmed individually per quote.

Yes. Each material is made where Gemixx specializes in it: metal in Moradabad, glass in Firozabad, ceramics in Khurja and wood in Saharanpur. Everything then goes to the Noida site for inspection, packing and consolidation, and ships as a single landed-duty-paid consignment to your US location. Plan around the slowest item, because lead times differ by category: glass vessels run 40 to 60 days after sample approval, while barware, ceramics and brass run 60 to 90 days. One delivered price covers freight, duties and delivery.

For buffets and banquets, weight, breakage and cleaning drive the choice. Stainless steel is durable and low-maintenance, and dual-wall stainless or copper keeps ice and chilled items cold longer with less condensation on linens. Resin is lighter than stone and shatter-resistant, so it suits boards and trays that are carried often. Ceramic and glass give the best presentation but need more careful handling and packing. Copper food-contact surfaces are food-safe coated or stainless-lined. Care guidance varies by material and finish and is confirmed for each piece in your quote.

Yes. A finish or colorway can be reserved as yours, and Gemixx does not sell a competing finished line into its clients' markets. That matters in serveware, where a hammered texture, a reactive glaze color or a PVD shade is often what makes a range recognizable. Metal finishes include gold, champagne gold and black PVD, hammered, mirror-polished, etched and engraved; ceramic glazes include reactive, matte, gloss and wax-resist. Agree the reserved finish and the approved sample in writing at the start, so reorders are matched to the same standard.
